Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sudoku for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control.
Subscriptions
Sudoku offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Sudoku Pro") that unlock premium features including all difficulty levels, daily challenges, unlimited hints, premium themes, auto-notes, and an ad-free experience.
Subscription plans:
- Monthly: $1.99 USD per month
- Yearly: $9.99 USD per year
Billing and renewal:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free Version
The free version of Sudoku provides access to Easy difficulty puzzles and is supported by advertisements. Ad-supported features are subject to third-party ad network availability.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
Sudoku and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sudoku is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
